Never met such irresponsible staff in my life. The therapist kept cancelling the much needed appointment then finally the day we met she texted minutes before the appt she was running late.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Extremely well Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment? I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service. Does this provider listen to your concerns and respond respectfully? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes Was the background music pleasant while you were in the waiting room? Yes

No, they never postpone my appointment Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
