Warning - do not work with this quack. Took me 4 attempts leaving mssgs to set up an appt with him. I was recommended to him by my Pain Dr to get a Psych Eval for surgery. He sent me an eval form to fill out and took 3 attempts sending it to him before receiving. The phone call I then received from him took 10 min to review my evail and then he charged me $450 for 10 min of work. He is impersonal and uncaring - AVOID!!
