I just felt dismissed. My ears have been blocked for almost a year and said "there's nothing that I can do." If you can't at least point me in the direction of where to go to tend to this. I also really needed to be scoped and see what's going on in my throat. I didn't get that either. I'm still experiencing symptoms.
Dr. Schwartz examined me for a lump in my neck (thyroid) which was detected during a CT scan. He told me it was just a calcification and that we would watch it. I had been experiencing a significant cough and, extreme fatigue for ten months and did not like his answer.
