Glenn was so helpful as my husband and I navigated selling our house and purchasing a new one. He showed us several houses and was patient as we found the right one. Glenn was quick to respond to our questions and was very easy to get along with. We were moving to Indiana from Kentucky and he was knowledgeable about both states and the requirements. We highly recommend!
Glenn Hockersmith is an amazing realtor. He is efficient, knowledgable and patient!! He helped us buy our first home in 2019. When we decided to sell and buy our next/forever home for our expanding family we called on him again. He set us up and sold our home on day two and helped us to negotiate and land our dream home. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our housing needs.
Glen was our realtor for an out of state real estate search and buy. We were moving from Connecticut to Southern Indiana. Glen made the process a breeze. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Couldn’t have picked a better realtor. Hopefully we will be staying put for awhile, but if in the future the need should arrive, Glen will be our choice again.

Glenn makes EVERYTHING he's involved in better, both in his professional expertise and his positive disposition. Buyers/Sellers are lucky to have him on their side and as a professional (realtor, title, lender, inspector, appraiser, contractor) when you see Glenn's name involved in a transaction -- you know it's going to be a GREAT one!
Glenn was a true professional in all of our dealings. He helped us stage the house we were selling, took a fantastic promotional video of the house and surrounding neighborhood amenities, as well as professional photos for the listing.
