Dr. Hinchman is warm and caring and gives each patient their needed amount of time. He never rushes you out of the office and does his utmost to put you at ease with whatever it is may be bothering you. He is a delight to visit with!
Dr. Hinchman is a wonderful, caring man. His office staff is top notch and so is he. I have been his patient for 5 years. He give you all the time you need and never makes you feel like he is rushing you out.
When I complained about his staff repeatedly failing to provide decent customer service he fired me as a patient....amazing!!
In regards to the previous comment posted, Sarah is the "woman" that you spoke with, and in her defence, she is a very sweet and helpful woman! For instance, yesterday I had trouble getting my prescription renewed through my pharmacy. I contacted my pharmacy for two days with no avail, so I called over to Dr. Hinchman's office and spoke with Sarah. Within 30 minutes I had a call from my pharmacy telling me my script was ready. Sarah is the BEST.
I called about getting a copy of my medical records. The woman I spoke with had either a South African or New Zealand accent and was shockingly rude. I asked about how I would get a copy of my records and she said "Call back tomorrow". This was in the morning. I told her I'd like to find out what to do today and she said, "Records are not our priority." then hung up! Just shockingly rude.
