Horrible unreliable company. I paid twice to have my a/c fixed and it was never fixed properly. I had to take it and pay another mechanic to properly fix it as Glenn Foote would not honour the warranties as dictated under the Motor Vehicle Act. His secretary lied repeatedly and said I never took the vehicle to another mechanic when the BBB send then the invoice from the other mechanic. My husband took our SUV in and we were definitely overcharged. Very sloppily run business and not very professional. Found out too late that we should have been given an estimate and weren’t. Woman at the desk scatterbrained and added to the confusion. Got home, problem still there called to take it back in and they balked and said it must be something else and wouldn’t cooperate.
