Dr buyo is wonderful. Unfortunately thats where the good ends. The follow up from his staff is non existent. Had an annual physical 2 weeks ago. Nevwe received a call with my results of my bloodwork. My wife called to ask about hers and they gave her info verbally about me when she asked them to call me. So I called myself and asked questions. Super disappointed. I've been an established patient with Dana/Dr. Buyo for a few years now. My last appt with her was just a few months ago. This past week, I had an appt with my cardiologist who called to tell me on the day of my appt that they couldn't get a referral from Dana's office because I was no longer a patient. It turns out, when Claremedica took over, they dropped my insurance and closed out my file. No call. No notice. No assistance. Nothing. I needed to get cleared for surgery and had 40 minutes to have Dr. Buyo sign off and have my clearance faxed to the surgeon. I had just met Dr. Buyo and he along with his entire office staff rushed and got the clearance with 2 minutes to spare. I owe them all my life
Dr. Buyo is great, but his staff is NOT! No one with the bad attitudes at that office should be dealing with the public or in healthcare. Getting accurate information has been a NIGHTMARE. We will be changing doctors because of their lack of competency!
