Had issues with appraisal. I strongly believe there were inaccuracies. Asked questions which were not directly answered. A lender gave me Glenn’s direct contact info, and I called more than once and left voicemail. No reply. Decided to close based on my own research. Not the appraisal.
Glen Staples walked me through the process and made me understand all that was happening. He provided a timely, thorough, and fair appraisal of my home and I could not be happier with the whole process.
