Dr. Gero is a gifted healer, knowledgeable professional, and passionate humanitarian. I brought my 85 year old father to Dr. Gero. He was suffering from continuous fatigue, anxiety and depression. Dr. Gero assess my dad's nutritional needs and found that he was sensitive to many of food's that he was eating on a regular basis. After making a few adjustments, my dad made dramatic improvements in only 2 weeks. While he still has some issues due to his age, his quality of life is significantly improved.
No other doctor ever took the time to listen to my health concerns. Dr. Gero spent over 90 minute with me and for the first time ever I feel confident that my health issue will be resolved. As a nurse, I followed the traditional standard of care for my thyroid. Never did I realize that standard was actually harming me. I sought out Dr. Gero for GI syptoms and he diagnosed them as a result of uncontrolled hypothyrodism and recommended an entirely different management of it. I decided to go to Dr. Gero after one of my friends told me about him and was very satisfied. I had been on anti depressant medication for over 3 years and hated the side effects and they weren't working anyway. Dr. Gero discovered that I may have had some food sensitivities and nutrient deficiencies that may have been contributory. Within 3 weeks I was feeling significantly better. Now 4 months later, I am drug free, feeling great and my depression is a distant memory. Thank God for doctors like Dr. Glenn Gero.
