I wish I could put into words how great everybody at this facility was to my dad! He was there for four days and everybody was amazing! The facilities were so nice! I hated that my dad had to be in a place like that but I’m glad he was around around those! I can’t remember everybody’s name because everything was kind of a whirlwind! The staff was professional, carrying, accommodating and treated us like family.
I can't say enough good things about this place. It's incredibly clean, updated, quiet, has no visitation time limits, and you're able to bring your own food and drink for the patient. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful.
Great comfortable clean location
I would describe Rowan County Hospice and Palliative care as hell on earth. I would give zero stars if I could. My mother was one of the controlling and abusive persons I know. A nurse walked into my mother's room at Rowan Regional hospital and simply ask mom to pick which service she wanted for end of life care. She picked Rowan County Hospice and Palliative care.
