I appreciate this provider very much. She takes the time to ask questions and she listens, provides clear answers. Best doctor / practice I have experienced with Providence.
After waiting 2 months to visit the doctor (new patient), ended up seeing the nurse practitioner. The front desk is an absolute mess, after months of follow up phone calls, they were either not caring or incompetent to submit referrals which I had to find out from the health insurance company since the front desk woman kept misleading me.
I'm very comfortable with my doctor who is quite knowledgeable explains everything easily and to the point which I like. I'm fortunate compared to some in the care I receive from her.
Doctor Rad is an excellent physician and listener to any concern or questions. He addresses them with language you can understand plus knowledge of my history. Additionally he is very professional in his approach to what is going on with my pain. He is highly recommended by me.
I am very pleased with my care providers. They do wonderful work!
