We had a wonderful experience with Karan and Wilma. Even though we visited multiple times with lots of questions, they were always patient, professional, and attentive. They took the time to understand our situation and expectations, and guided us to the right unit. Their follow-ups were timely, and they kept us updated with helpful information throughout the process. Truly excellent customer service—we highly recommend them!
Had a great experience with Karan! We came to see a two-bedroom but asked if there was a one-bedroom available that wasn’t listed — and there actually was one for next month. Karan called the current tenants, set everything up quickly, and explained everything clearly. Super friendly, open, and professional. We’ve already signed the lease and can’t wait to move in. Highly recommend Karan — great manager!
Great response time to my application and beautiful amenities. Lots of parking options and free bike storage!! The people in the office are very nice and easy to talk to. They are well informed and were able to easily answer all of my questions.
