I had a great experience with Kai throughout my apartment search and move-in process. He was the person who responded to my initial call, and from the very beginning he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He really went above and beyond to help coordinate my move-in and even helped arrange things so I could get my keys slightly before August 1, which made the whole moving process much easier for me. We were initially offered more affordable options when we first contacted Kai, but unfortunately, they were already sold out when we decided to proceed. Thankfully, we were still accommodated when another client cancelled. Although the available unit was at a higher price than the options we were initially offered, we appreciate that Kai was able to accommodate us and help us secure a place. Looking back, we should have listened and taken the first offer! Thank you Kai😁
