I have been a patient of Dr. Darren Hatchard at Glenmore optometry for the past few years. I have always received exceptional care. When I inquired about lens replacement surgery, Dr. Hatchard recommended me to Dr. Carl Peters for the surgery. I have very dry eyes, and Dr. Hatchard worked with me to ensure my eyes were in the best possible condition for the surgery. His dry eye clinic really made a difference for me. I had a very disappointing experience with Glenmore Dry Eyes Clinic. My first appointment was cancelled without clear explanation. Jan 14th appointment, I arrived at the clinic on time at 8:40 AM, only to be told upon arrival that the doctor was absent due to flu. I did not receive any effective notification prior to arriving. I was informed that a voicemail had been left and that it was my responsibility to have heard it.
