Booked an appt on a Saturday, No one showed. Office stayed closed and locked. Called, LVM., sent emails... NO ONE CALLED BACK - NO ONE APOLOGIZED - NO RETURNED MY EMAILS. Clearly they do not want customers. It has been over 2 weeks of trying to contact them and no one has bothered to reach out. I guess that says a lot about their type of service. I am apaulled at the service or rather lack of customer service. I guess I will find someone else who wants a client. Will not recommend to anyone. So disillusioned.

Shoutout to Denise! She went above and beyond to provide me the best possible experience. Super helpful in guiding me to the perfect pair of prescription sunglasses. Also saw her and the staff interact with others and all were top notch!
