Ceiling has leaked every summer for the past 2 years and Avenue Living has done absolutely nothing meaningful to resolve this. Maintenance in building 700 is horrible and to get any help is like pulling teeth. They do the bare minimum such as simply painting over the cracks in my ceiling instead of fixing the root cause of the issue. Great place to live, built in gym is amazing, always clean and friendly management always willing to assist. Shiva is an exceptional property manager.
