I, Carol Pedersen called in a maintenance request for a water coming up in the kitchen sink on May 30 at 1030am. This always leads to a flood. I was told it was listed as urgent. I had to attend a funeral and was not home. I arrived home later in the day to a flood in the kitchen. No maintenance showed up. I called again and told them maintenance did not show up.
