Edited again July 17 2025 - The property continues to deteriorate. I have had bedbugs, which were treated but I had to replace my bed and bedding out of pocket. My neighbours were not informed. There is currently no resident property manager. Multiple staff have left and there's been no communication as to who is in charge. Still had 13-15C temperatures in the winter. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent move to Glenmore Heights through the lease takeover option. The overall experience has been great so far. The view of downtown from my unit is stunning, and the rooms are spacious and bright. I particularly appreciate the modern lighting in the kitchen, which adds a nice touch. I, Carol Pedersen called in a maintenance request for a water coming up in the kitchen sink on May 30 at 1030am. This always leads to a flood. I was told it was listed as urgent. I had to attend a funeral and was not home. I arrived home later in the day to a flood in the kitchen. No maintenance showed up. I called again and told them maintenance did not show up.
