We just closed and picked up our keys. Jonna Martin was a Rockstar! She was our salesman and was very accommodating and went out of her way to make our process extremely smooth. We purchased in late 2022 and moved in Spring 2023. Patti in the sales office was wonderful to work with! Michael and Brooks in post-close customer care have been responsive and provided excellent customer care. We have found the home to be well constructed and the neighborhood is wonderful. Shocked to see a one-star review here of Pulte because someone was speeding. Really? Pulte and the team are great people, they don't disappear when the keys are handed over, and we are very pleased with our decision to buy and live here.
