This is LONG overdue, but Brittney went above and beyond helping my fiance and I get an apartment! She never failed to answer our odd questions and was always so kind and warm, not to mention hilarious :) I have never had a better interaction with someone in a leasing office, and I highly recommend going to her for everything! Sarah was also extremely helpful in negotiating certain aspects for us, so both her and Brittney were (and still are) amazing.
If you like peace and quiet do not move here!!! VERY noisey!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mold Alert. Hygiene Alert. In VA - No landlord is required to advise you of previous mold conditions on your lease if it’s not visible. Was tenant for 5 years since opening in 2020 and many tenants were moved to different buildings in the community because of mold coming through drywall and causing illness *possibly* due to framing of building being soaked in rain for many months during COVID construction shutdowns. Brittney Cox was wonderful to work with helping us find an apartment for our parents. She was patient, professional and answered all of our questions. We had a number of email follow ups and she was very responsive. Thank you Brittney!
So far everything is going well. My children have been enjoying the pool and playground. The apartment community is beautiful and Alix is the best. My children and I look forward to our time here at Glenmoor Oaks.
