To start with the positive. The staff is very friendly. The negatives. Only one elevator for each building that needs to service roughly 120 units means a lot of waiting for the elevator. Not to mention people constantly moving in and out tying up the elevator for hours. The quality of the buildings are extremely poor having unfinished trim and zero luxury features. My experience with this property’s management has been extremely disappointing. I own an electric vehicle and made every effort to follow the parking and charging rules. After receiving a notice about moving my vehicle once charging was complete, I complied and moved it to a friend’s assigned stall with their permission. Despite following the instructions and acting in good faith, my vehicle was towed. I was not given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue or discuss it before facing the tow. I am the authorized user of the parking stall where my roommate’s vehicle was parked. I had given him permission to use my assigned space and had no issue with his vehicle being there. I was shocked to learn it was towed without warning, notice, or any attempt to contact us. After the tow, I made multiple calls and emails to management and customer service seeking an explanation, but my efforts were largely ignored and no meaningful response was provided.
