Four of us leased a new two bedroom apartment during the building's first year. I lived at Glenhart Views for 2 years & found the staff helpful, easy to work with & very pleasant. My apartment was generous in size & met my needs. I have now moved on to another Broadstreet building in a different city.
Building 865 Since Summer 2024 Living at the property for about two years, my experience has been fantastic at Glenhart Views. Any issue that I had was addressed immediately, Any question I had was always answered in timely manner. The grounds were kept clean and the neighbours were mostly awesome! We lived in building 831 for 1.5 years starting in summer of 2024. While the building went through some growing pains and has some annoyances (the slow elevator) it remains a positive time in our life and a good place to call home. The highlight of this complex would be the management. Taylor and his staff are friendly and professional.
