Despite all the negative problems in this new building I give a huge shoutout to the maintenance guy who is the only one who is managing all the repairs for all 3 buildings! Response time is quick and always tries to problem solve on the first visit for a maintenance problem. Other than that this is a great place to live.
Do not rent here whatsoever. I'm a past employee so I know the ins and outs of that place. And I can tell you this. The overcharging of these places is not worth it for what they give you. These places are crap from head to toe. Quite literally they literally fall apart. And whatever you do, do not try to get a job here. They are a horrible company to work for.
