Staff are fantastic, we really appreciated Taylor (building manager) and the entire maintenance staff, so friendly and prompt! The building itself has some issues, a reflection of how quickly the building went up and costs that were cut in construction (elevator failures/one elevator per building, cheaper materials, poor finishing workmanship)… bonus points for fantastic insulation/soundproofing, barely heard a peep from neighbours!
Had a horrible experience since I moved in these apartments. Initially, the lease was on someone else’s name and the site manager said it will be transferred as soon as I upload the documents and pay the security deposit to the person who was living there. Completed all the procedures from my end, then the manager changed. The new manager said the lease can’t be transferred we will have to sign a new one with $200 increased rent. We agreed as we already moved in after their untrained manager said lease will be transferred. D... read more
the building renting in has really poor staff behavior, they’re not helpful, they don’t solve problems, and overall. very expensive Parking. my bad experience with this management.
In July/August 2025 we have been viewing apartments at 801 Ryan Road with Taylor, Broadstreet Properties Rental Associate. Taylor was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The apartments, amenities and atmosphere is very welcoming. I feel the square footage/rental fee is fair. I would recommend renting at this location.
