They are SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please do not apply here … I applied all the way back in MAY just for them to drag out the process, saying I’m waiting on inspections, flooring, wiring, literally anything you could think of JUST to call me at the end of July to tell me that my unit is already preleased!! I had to get 2 extensions on my voucher and may actually lose it as a result of the unprofessional rude & selfish actions of TERRIE & SHYRA WEBBER. I wish I could give 0 stars disgusting
I applied back in February an was excepted. There was flood in apartment they assigned for me. I was told by Karen that she would move somethings around an would have new one assigned in 2 weeks for inspection. Then when I called was told she was on vacation but paperwork would be done. I had to get 3 extension from STL County housing. Then they submitted paperwork for original apartment with flood for inspection on 27th of June knowing that it would fail because of major repairs still needing fixed. I don't get anymore exte... read more
Never fix anything!! Will lie and say the maintenance is coming out and never come out I’ve been living in an apartment with mold , ceilings cracked , floor coming up. With a toddler!!! Breaking my lease soon!
