I bought a house with a ducted system already installed - however, there were issues with the zones. One call to Glenelg Air, and Dennis was up in the roof to diagnose the problem. In no time at all, parts were ordered and installed - and everything is now running perfectly. Great service. And the technician, Dennis, with 17 years experience, was just terrific.
We recently had Glenelg Air install a Split system and a Ducted system in our home, their service and our customer experience from the very 1st interaction was fantastic and of the highest quality and continued to the very end, we cannot recommend Glenelg Air high enough.
Cannot thank Glenelg Air enough for shoehorning in our Daikin Ducted Aircon replacement a day before a + 40degree heat wave hit ADL. Mark and Ken ran a tight crew. Everyone knew their job and the replacement (and IMO upgrade) was done in less than 1/2 days. Excellent communication at all stages from troubleshooting the old system, quoting for the replacement and scheduling the actual install.
Please pass along our gratitude to the team, they did a wonderful job! Your team leader Ken was really fantastic, great technical explanations, & he tolerated dumb customer questions very well! Very glad we came back to Glenelg Air for this second unit, really great consistent quality from your company. No doubt 3rd unit will go soon, so we'll catch you again shortly. Glenelg Air are very professional in providing an experienced sales person, Ken who also is experienced in installation. I want to thank Ken, Jayden and Peter for conducting themselves in such a professional, friendly manner in attendance. Ken explained to detail as to the work being done and also rang to keep me informed of the time of arrival. Thank you to the whole team at Glenelg Air. I can certainly recommend them.
