Have dealt with Glenelg air a couple of times. This time it was to add an extra vent to my ducted system. Lovely people, well organised with great communication, their tradesman are very good at what they do. In and out quickly and no mess left behind. What more could you ask for? Oh of course! Great prices too. Would absolutely recommend so give them a go next time you need anything to do with air conditioning
The install was a well oiled machine. There was 4 teams all working quickly & efficiently together. The removal of the old evaporative & gas ducted furnace & then the install of the new reverse cycle system was completed by 3pm & works extremely well I have nothing but praise for the company & people .

After updating our air-conditioning recently, done brilliantly and efficiently, after storms we noticed a wet patch on the ceiling. Wondering whether it might be due to the work, I contacted Mark and explained the situation. He gave me good information and it was quite clear the install wasn't the cause. He also suggested a way to check for the leak via the outlet adjacent to the leak. (2 storey, too tight, too old...me). I did my best, couldn't determine and also couldn't reattach the outlet.
