Terrible customer service general line. I needed to know my daughter vaccine name that was taken at gleneagle because im away from penang I am unable to follow up with the Dr in penang. The customers service line is super rude and keep pushing to another line which is not relevant at all!!!! Very upsetting for a high end hosp. They ask me to email but I urgently needed to settle it today or tomorrow I even whatsapp the nurse no response!
