Clean, friendly office. Appointments are usually on time. I've not waited more than 10 minutes in the 8 years I've been going.
My mom had her braces done here 1.5 years ago. From day 1 she is complaining not comfortable. Everyone told her she needs to get used to it. It is until the point it causes inflammation. The braces need adjustment. The receptionist promised that Dentist will tell my parents the charge before doing anything. However, ant the end the receptionist forced my elderly parents pay $61. It is not acceptable.
Love Dr Gerkin and his staff. I have been going to him since 2000, even my husband who hates the dentist like him and his staff.
I’ve been going to Dr. Gerkin for over 18 years. Amazing staff and a personalized experience. This is extremely important to me in the age of franchise dentistry, where you’re just treated like a number.
