I currently live here and I have since September of 2014. I personally have no complaints. I do not see any of the leasing agents as rude, they do have a serious demeanor but I believe that's so that they do not create a bond with the tenants and than the tenants expect them to make exceptions. They run a pretty tight ship but I like it. They're pretty good at fixing things and fumigate once a month and if you see any bugs, just call them and they will put your apartment on the fumigation schedule for that week. Not such a good place to live in. Pros: Locations and price Cons: Leasing office agents, Parking, insect infestation, they show you the apartments when someone just moved out and their in horrible condition. I wouldn't really recommend this place for long term living. The location isnt bad, and the price isnt bad. Everything here is ok until you have a complaint or problem. i have lived in this apt for 4 yrs and 2 yrs in 1996. they are real quick at collecting the rent but do not want to fix anything. i have mold and mildew haalf way up the walls in my utility room the ac does not work properly i have 140 electric bills and i keep having to ask about the garbage disposal being fixed and there is a hole at the bottom of the door for the air going out,the security gate never works,the jacuzzie has been broke since i moved in there these are all stuff we are suppose to be paying for.
