Possibly the worst place I have ever lived in my life and it's supposed to be a place for people with mental health issues!!! Totally rubbish meant all health support once you move in you can only stay a maximum of two years and then you're out with no support whatsoever in reality the staff don't care about the people they're supposed to be looking after!!!! Once you’re out on your own the staff here completely wash their hands of you so you can be let down but coleraine community mental health team
Great wee place far safer than other hostels or out on the streets, Have your own space and communal areas to have the craic
This house is a disgrace to Portrush and don’t understand how it gets its name as every thing it says it does is not what your signing up for it’s suppose to be a therapeutic mental health unit a place we’re your suppose to get support and help to recover from your problems within the limit of two years and be able to move out in to independent living. Great place. Right when you need it. Supportive staff for those who want to avail of the support. If you want a holiday camp try one of the caravan sites.
