Knowledgeable and old school small business. You need to come to the store with your questions and pictures and he will help the best he can.
I called and the person who answered said he was busy at the moment and would call me right back. I also filled out their contact form on their website, then sent an additional email requesting service. That was well over a week ago and to date... No response. Forgetting once is OK. But 3 requests by phone and email? I call that bad service!
