Stay cautious around this dentist, doctor wanted to grind allegedly bad tooth tissue/cavities for fillings on 4 teeth. Raised some eyebrows as there was no sign of a problem aside from her word so I went to another trusted dentist. As expected, there was no real issue with my teeth present that required any operation. PATIENTS BEWARE
The front desk is really rude and yell at me when I request her help to look into availability of next month. Will not come again and you just lost a loyal customer!
I would like to give them more than five stars here. The clinic is very clean, well designed, well organized and very nice workers. Especially the service. It takes a little bit of time for the first time but so worth it. Checking every single part of your teeth and even explain every single detail. I’ve never seen like this dentist, Ms. Lee. I don't write many reviews but I have to say I'm very unhappy with Dr. Lee and Glendora Dental Arts. Trust me this office seemed very updated, great service, and Dr. Lee appeared very knowledgeable concerning everything; dental, working with HMO insurance and the like. The only problem was, I was always told that everything I needed done was not covered by my insurance. I had a tooth extracted (insurance covered this extraction) with a bone graph that she insisted was not covered $500. This time I called my insurance and the... read more
