Why is it always the NE corner of Lone Hill Ave @ Gladstone St pedestrian light to cross Lone Hill Ave along Gladstone St always having issues after short time improvements? And it takes AT LEAST 3 TIMES FOR THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES‼️ Can’t they staff more people on Fridays and do more to fix pedestrian lights?
