Horrible , hurts customers pets , they are not careful, they are rude to customers, , they cut the pets nails too short to the point they bleed or to the point the nails are so short it's in their fur , they do not specialize in all pets as claimed they only care about their show dogs who are also probably mistreated I don't know how they treat the show dogs so take this with a grain of salt this is purely an opinion and speculation
Horrible , negligent, I went there the other day and brought my puppy in to get her hair cut and everything seemed to be fine but then today I saw that she was bruised and bleeding. Highly unprofessional and not okay and they totally messed up her hair cut too! She looks nothing like herself !!! No chance in hell am I ever going back there!! This damn place should get shut down there are tons other reviews like mine! And lots of five star ones that are evidently false five star reviews, some of the names are clearly fake . ... read more
