i love my hair i went in yesterday took 8 hours because she was doing my moms hair too it looked amazing me and my mom have been coming to her for years and i did my hair for the first time and love the way my hair turned out
Very unprofessional, tried to make appointment but they told me they weren’t even in the salon and if they can call back, I said yes no proboem but they never called back, I called again and they didn’t answer. Few days later they texted that they will call me in a bit but never did, then weeks later, they texted asking if I still needed an appointment. Need better management.
