RecommendedI have been with Three sixteen for almost a year. Great place to live. Caroline is a great property manager. maintenance is always available and helpful.
They are deceitful and will try to rip you off any chance they get. Claim to be a Christian company but are the furthest thing from it I have ever found. Not being dramatic but I would live under a bridge before renting from them again

For someone just starting out its fine. I have lived here for a year and I'm ready to move. Takes them forever to fix anything I told the manger my stove handle was broken in Feb. Here it is the end of June and its still not fixed. My bathroom needs to be fixed I told them about that over a month ago. That's still not fixed, I understand other people also have problems but it should not take this long !!
