went in to buy 1/4in plate scrap. they wanted $160 for a 4ft by 4ft piece. can get a new piece 4ft by 8ft for $150 at valley steel. think i will be going to valley steel from now on. glendale steel has very friendly staff and a great selection. too bad the upper management thinks they have special steel and charge accordingly. the company i work for and i will never purchase anything from glendale steel. VALLEY STEEL is the place to get your steel
