The only reason this company does not get a 5-star rating is because they care TOO MUCH and they tend to get bogged down in wasteful, impossible people-pleasing...but by far they are the most technically knowledgeable and competent of the four management companies we had for a 383 unit high rise complex with many protracted and inherited problems.
