I had a Dr for 25 years who stopped taking my insurance in the middle of a serious health crisis I was in. I found this Drs office through my friend and I have had the best experience with everyone in this office. I have been really sick lately and these wonderful people here have gone above and beyond to help me. I am referring everyone I know to this office. Highly recommend Glendale Pediatrics & Family Care. I was seen by Rebeca, the PA for the office. She was very patient with me & listened to all of my concerns. She went over my full health history and took the time to explain everything. She went over any and all of the questions that I had. Her medical assistant was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. I get nervous and don’t like to give blood, but she did a great job when taking blood for my lab work. I recently had an amazing experience with the weight loss program at the office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly attentive and kind staff that made me feel right at home. The providers took the time to explain everything thoroughly and were so patient with all of my questions. Plus, I couldn't help but notice how clean and organized the entire office is. It really added to the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to make a change!
I have been here a total of three times now and was very unhappy with my third visit here. I made an appointment in advance to be seen today and receive the results of my pap-smear exam but instead I received the most unpleasant experience. In short I paid $100 to be at the clinic for no more than 15 minutes and be told they didn’t know the results of my exam. What a waste of my time. Why make me come here then?
