This place is great, everyone my kids have seen have been excellent! I love that it’s family care as well because my husband goes here too. 5 starts !
Not sure why the rating is so low for this place but so far my experience has been great on my first 2 visits. They bring me back on time and send my prescriptions right away. They are all nice. Dr Araceli is thorough and listens to my concerns. Michelle is awesome. She did my blood draw perfectly. Overall 11/10. Thank you!
Initially while attending this facility for my son I was happy with it, the staff and pediatrician were so nice and attending. It was until we had my sons 2 month old appointment that we were unhappy. When we arrived they asked me if I had any concerns or questions other than the regular appointment, that if I did, and I were to talk to the pediatrician about that, that they had to charge a fee of $100 dollars! I really loved this place especially with the fact they do understand my right not to vaccinate. It hurts me to part ways as I do love Ana and many more of the staff. Marisol is a good however she is not urgent on sending prescription out in a timely manner and when my kids need the medication asap it angers me. Once I called 5times to ask for the prescription and even though they ensured me I would have it before office closed I didn’t receive it until the following day.
