Incredible. Bogus charges all over the file. They promise to remove them then they show up a couple months later. I leave a middling (not even bad) review on yelp and then they send me to a collection agency without notice. Cathy Murdoch the office manager is extremely rude, sarcastic, snarky, and dishonest. I spent more time with lawyers and in court getting the situation fixed (and it did get fixed) than I ever spent with my child getting medical care. STAY AWAY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
Really terrible and frustrating. My son was briefly a patient. I am a single father and made it clear to the office that I am only I am authorized to bring my son in for treatment. Not only did the office staff ignore that -- and treat a minor child WITHOUT authorization from his custodial parent on a non-emergency basis - but they also let other unauthorized people run up charges on my account - for photocopies of records, for NSF fees (that have nothing to do with me) and so on.
