Do not go to white memorial for any service if u are low income or have mediCal only. They said I didn't have valid insurance until I had my insurance company fax them proof then they said it wasn't authorized to which I had documented authorization then when I finally got everything straightened out I got my procedure and now I'm being billed for services that they said I got that insurance didn't cover. I have no invoice of said procedures nore do I have the money to pay. These people are corrupt.
BEWARE! These people are worse than snakes in the grass! I've called twice and gave them my insurance information. They have now sent me a third letter threating to send it to collections. Yet never stated what, if any, response they got from my insurance. Most likely trying to bill be for the difference they loose when they bill insurance.
