I rarely write reviews but I have to on this. I sold them my car on 10/18/2025. The car had a note with a credit union but the purchase price was more than the loan. Since I sold the car on a Saturday, the salesperson told me on Monday I'd get a check for the difference. Come Monday, the dealership refused to pay me the difference, which was less than $3k, until they received new title from the DMW which did not occur until 11/20.
