I been here a few times before, but now I realize this place has a really crappy service department. Jim the service manager defends the mistakes of his underlings. Then proceeds to negotiate a reasonable request for compensation. Very petty.
They wanted to charge me $750 for a broken trunk latch. I laughed and I got it fixed for $60 with a real mechanic. Do the math this place isn't worth your time.
Everything started very well — we bought a Nissan Ariya last year, and Glendale Nissan promised free charging for my car. But in the past few months, it's been a nightmare. The charging has become extremely slow, and now it's even worse — they've completely shut it off or just don’t want to fix it. I have no idea where to charge my car now. They keep promising to repair the charging station, but nothing happens. Do not buy an electric car — you might end up without a place to charge it, just like me.
DO NOT LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT!!! Was told they would only do one hard hit on my credit. They came back from the table saying they hit it several times without my permission! I’m assuming their GM during the entire process while I was in the location would stare at my mother and I from the finance office.
