Terrible experience living there and the trailer fell apart and made me and my kids sick
Run down property, will be part of the winterbrook community soon.
Very run down. Needs paved streets nothing but holes everywhere in the road which used to be gravel. Some of the trailers need repaired or replaced badly. All in all it needs more care and attention but I don't think the owners care about the place too much they just care about getting money
