"The owner of this park does not care about anything in the park! He rents trailers out even tho it states in the rules all mobile homes must be owner occupied! The maintenance man does not do anything to clean up the park as garbage is strew all over the property as well as tenants dump garbage in the surrounding woods. This court is full of drug addicts and users we have even found meth labs in the surrounding area and when you mention anything to the owner Phillip Rouse about it he retaliates and claims your a problem!
