Wow - I am never disappointed by Glendale. Kyle was fabulous and got us fixed up. Plus we had a good chat about the age of the system and what might trigger a total replacement. We are not ready for that now but he gave us some good advice about the AC and how the Refrigerant is now outdated. Thanx!!! Super day and we can now sleep at nite in the cool.
Salvador from Glendale Heating arrived on time to do our Furnace Check. He was friendly & very knowledgeable, answering all my questions.
The gas furnace cleaning and tuneup services we requested were very well done and well priced. Salvador was right on time, very efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. We plan t o use them again after a very positive first time experience with this company.
Kyle was professional & knowledgeable. He serviced our 50 year old furnace. Though everything is still working, I understand there's no guarantee to how much longer this will be the case. I will definitely seriously consider having Glendale replace our furnace.
Max was my tech a yong man in the field but very well trained in customer service,protecting the customers home,excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and explaining what he’s doing and next steps in process as someone with over 55yrs in customer service I’m very impressed being a young man most don’t value the weight of providing that level very good to see .his trainer and parents did a excellent job
