I have had nothing but issues with this office. The person who saw me had a poor bedside manner. Every time I call I am on hold for several minutes. The electronic health record that I should have at my fingertips is flawed, specifically because the lab work has failed to have been uploaded which in turn has caused me to call and be on hold. This is day THREE I have been trying to reach somebody about my lab results. Poor customer service and just not happy with my experience at all.
