My heat has gone out 8 times since November and they can not figure out how to fix it. It is mid January and once a week my apartment is at 55°. Don't even bother with their properties.
the property is kept up, maintenance is always prompt with repairs when needed
Eric, the leasing agent, is great. Things and people, change when you become a tenant. Not worth the hassle or the price. There is only one star for a reason. That is all I have to say about that.
I had minor issues while living there that were always addressed in a timely manner but after moving out I’ve left several messages regarding charges that keep reoccurring every month and they won’t stop the charges or return my calls. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
I texted Eric Lawler about an apartment and he contacted me back quickly. His communications and accommodations to my times were wonderful. He was very helpful with sending the necessary links and with the follow up to any questions and whatever else was needed. Very highly recommend him and I appreciate the service he provided!
