They will never take responsibility for anything. My first year they needed to do work that affected my unit and didn’t have the parts so I had a hole in my wall for over a month and drywall dust ruin my stuff and nails left on the floor and they said the work needed to be done so they did nothing no pro-rated rent they actually seemed mad I even wanted an answer to the inconvenience this led to in my life. I haven’t moved in yet, so I can’t speak to the actual residential quality, but Glendale has been great through the touring and application process. Eric specifically went above and beyond for us when we toured: he took us to two different buildings and gave us good advice about the pros and cons of each. Overall, I’m really pleased with the ease by which we secured an apartment. Eric was extremely organized, so he was able to recommend buildings that would fit our specific budget and preferences. My heat has gone out 8 times since November and they can not figure out how to fix it. It is mid January and once a week my apartment is at 55°. Don't even bother with their properties.
