I first found Glendale a few years ago when I was moving out on my own for the first time with no roommates. At the time, it seemed intimidating, but Glendale really made the process easy and welcoming with their great communication. After renting from them, I can surely say that it has been a lovely experience and I would recommend them to any young professional looking for a good spot to live. this company is an actual joke, do not interact with them in any way. i’m convinced they hire property managers off the street.
do not do business with this company. they allow fraudulent transactions by their tenants&employees. they charged my military family who’s already in need due to the shutdown $1,000 and some change and didn’t bother to investigate. We called our bank and cancelled the card but this behavior is still unacceptable!!! we dont even reside in NY or ever been. We are from illinois!

They will never take responsibility for anything. My first year they needed to do work that affected my unit and didn’t have the parts so I had a hole in my wall for over a month and drywall dust ruin my stuff and nails left on the floor and they said the work needed to be done so they did nothing no pro-rated rent they actually seemed mad I even wanted an answer to the inconvenience this led to in my life.
