"After 8 years, this place has gone completely downhill." I was a patient here for eight years, but the last few visits have been incredibly disappointing. The staff's attitude has taken a nosedive, and the quality of work has seriously suffered. I've already found a new dentist and wouldn't recommend this practice anymore.
I absolutely love it here. I am the type of person to change up where I go if I move away. I started going here around 15 years ago because I lived next door in the apartments. Now after multiple moves and on the other side of the city, I still return. Back then I had no kids. And now hes the dentist to my 13 and 11 year old. There is nobody I trust more with my kids or my teeth than Dr Janzen. He is always so friendly with them. When they come in, he acts like it's his nieces he hasn't seen in a while. I had an X-ray & consultation this morning. My favorite part was seeing Dr. Slamka's eyes light up as she was helping me understand my X-ray because I can tell that she really cares about her profession and her patients. She explained my dental situation clearly and optimistically. In fact, the entire staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. The receptionists and also her dental assistant were awesome. I'm coming here for dental work from now on. Thanks!
