Passive-aggressive front desk staff.
Great staff. Finally a place where reception is not rude to you when you call. The girls working on your teeth tell you everything you need to know about oral health while doing your cleaning. You get great service and great info while you sit and let them clean your teeth. Very happy. no hidden fees. A good team that seems to work well with each other. Special thx to dentil hygienist Machelle it think> forgot name. Very experienced and knowledgeable.
"After 8 years, this place has gone completely downhill." I was a patient here for eight years, but the last few visits have been incredibly disappointing. The staff's attitude has taken a nosedive, and the quality of work has seriously suffered. I've already found a new dentist and wouldn't recommend this practice anymore.
I absolutely love it here. I am the type of person to change up where I go if I move away. I started going here around 15 years ago because I lived next door in the apartments. Now after multiple moves and on the other side of the city, I still return. Back then I had no kids. And now hes the dentist to my 13 and 11 year old.
