Extremely rude! Receptionist and nurse both yelling at me aggressively while I was waiting in the lobby to just get inside doctors office because they go to lunch at 1 (my appointment was at 12pm) to do X-rays and we will “deal with payment later”. I have never experienced this for a preventative check up so I asked to call my insurance to double check on upfront costs because office was forcing me to do 2 separate appointments for preventative care and receptionist yelled at me to not call and just go inside.
