The place is very nice. The staff is friendly and the areas are clean. It's quiet. The only downside is that they turn off the water, but the good thing is they give you 24 hours' notice, sometimes even more, so that makes up for it.
The change in management and office staff had made it extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone to handle any thing in regards to our property. I have had to call 5 to 10 times to get anyone to pick up, the office itself has been basically closed any time we have tried to go speak with anyone, the new manager has been essentially a ghost. She reached out to us to handle an issue with our families other home on the property. We gave her the information we had and were told she would reach back out. She never has.
