This office staff has no compassion or professionalism. They came to a residents celebration of life to let the family know the resident still owed rent. This could have been handled on an email or letter, but to come to a family’s celebration of life where they are grieving???? Shame on the office manager and the associate who came with her. This is not assisted living. It's apartments for 62+.
Just moved here from outta state. When we got here we looked for apts, it was the second one we saw!!! Glendale at the Mansion was so helpful, and the on site management ROCKS! And the people who live here are sweet, no joke. I like it, we came with the thought we’re gonna buy a house. Now we’re going to stay.
