It is outdated and in need of major repairs. yet is still functional.
As income based housing goes, this place is pretty average. Parking lots have barely visible lines and need repair in many places. They've been though 3 managers in 3 years, the most recent one nit-picks and is otherwise overly critical. Maintenance requests go unaddressed for over a year, dogs are often not controlled properly and many are aggressive. The application says this is a non-smoking facility, but the halls all smell like smoke. I would not recommend living here long-term.

Tucked back off the beaten path, surrounded by woods on the south, and fields on the west and north, the buildings are adequate. Could use some updating. My carpet smells like dirty feet, and that was freshly cleaned, when I moved in! It's about 7-8 years old and has some burn marks on it. Kitchen's are TINY! Lots of storage elsewhere though!
