My dog needs a subscription for dog food. I have to take her in every six months for a year and check. When I went in september of 2024, it was $60, and I was given a script for 6 months. Today, I went in for the same exam. I was slapped with a bill for $174. When I asked why, they told me I was billed incorrectly. This vet saved my Big Boys life after a horrible accident with a car. Very caring and knowledgeable.
My mistake for not reading these reviews before trusting them to take care of my babies. The owner Dr. Brown talks crap about how incompetent the owners are behind the door before coming in to greet you rudely. Save your money, time and your animals life and go somewhere else. I can only imagine how they treat the animals in the back.
The only reason I give this place 2 stars is the front office staff. My puppy had a UTI, so of course I took her in. They took my baby only to the exam room while I waited in the lobby. The Veterinarian called me on the phone from the back office of the vet hospital to inform me she needed an iron sample to confirm. I thought, that’s kinda weird, calling me on the phone instead of a face to face for a new patient.
