My family had been going here since the mid to late 1980s when it was on Grand Avenue in a tiny building. I always had generally positive experiences until I didn't. I say generally because dr day didnt have the best people skills. But I always trusted him with my animals. But when he brought on Dr Brown she gave a family member of mine the wrong dose of insulin for her cat. And the front office staff are horrid. Payment plans? Forget about it. Stuck in traffic and going to be 1 minute late? Just cancel...they won't see you.... read more

Amazing staff. I had my 10 year old dogs teeth cleaned and they look amazing. They will last another 10 years!!!
