We are a full-service companion animal practice offering both inpatient and outpatient services. Our focus tends to be towards offering most services on an outpatient basis, hospitalizing only when absolutely necessary. We find that this keeps cost for the pet owner reasonable and most pets prefer the confines of their own homes over the hospital environment.

Make sure you cancel within the correct time frame, or they will charge you $35! They will also refuse to take your payment over the phone to pay this fee, and they will refuse to mail you an invoice stating that you owe the cancelation fee. They just want you to mail in a check for $35. Sorry, but they should email, mail or fax you a bill stating what the fee is for instead of just requiring your money. The vet is awesome. The vet treated my pets with great care. Due to the office staff-we won’t be back.

If I could give Dr.Day 100 stars I would. We went in to meet with him for our frenchie that was due to have a litter, we thought she wasn’t as far along as she was and we decided to move up her C-Section to today and sooo happy we did. All 6 puppies and big and beautiful and mom looks amazing with beautiful a incision. Thanks for making us feel at home!

So here’s the thing, this place is RIDICULOUS how they handle their customers. Don’t disagree or question their diagnosis or they’ll turn you away from their services. I think it’s absolutely terrible of a vet clinic to turn customers away just because we care about our dog and questioned Dr Days diagnosis. So what their telling me by turning us away, is that if you have a child and you didn’t feel something was right and questioned what the doctor did, that you should be turned away from their practice? Wow I am just besides myself with this Vet. I went in for my dog who had an infection with his eye and Dr Brown came in super rude towards me already. I was holding my dog because he was shaking and scared. She then proceeds to tell me "let go of your dog, we can handle him" and he's a small French bulldog. I understand she wanted to exam him and all but she was so rude about it. Then, told me to put my dog on a leash. The staff and Veterinarians here are amazing. They make you and your pet comfortable.
We had our first experience yesterday at the Glendale Animal Hospital. Amazing is all I have to say! I love my boy kona more than life and I left with complete ease. THANK YOU for taking such great care of my boy and showing kindness.
