I always get first class care at Glencoe Regional Health. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Never fun to get sick while traveling. I went into this urgent care. The front desk was cheerful and thorough. I was seen promptly by the RN and again promptly by Dr. Michelle. Having a recurring swollen gland, Dr. Michelle was concerned and ready to trouble shoot and rule out issues. I got answers to this problem along with treatment. Every person I saw today was kind and thorough! I was so thankful I chose to go here and really appreciate all their care today! Thank you!!

We typically only go to the location for things like strep or ear infections. However, my daughter had a recent facial laceration and we went here because it was the closest place to have her seen on short notice. We waited in our room for 30+ minutes with no one giving us an update and when they did come in, they were out of the room as quickly as they could be. I have always had a good experience here. The wait has been minimal and the cost is reasonable.
