Dr. Palmer, the nurses, and all other care team members were phenomenal during a very unexpected ER visit. My fiancé was in the best hands and they went above and beyond to explain everything going on to us. Spending a night in the ER is never fun, but we are so thankful for this team. Everyone I have seen, has been awesome and helpful. They care about you as a patient and treat you like family. Only hospital I would ever go to.
There are some very proficient, kind and compassionate doctors at GRHS. I have seen a number of them and they've all been fabulous. I have been to a number of clinics around the area and they are the best. However, their billing department is crap. I have dealt with the RUDEST lady ever. I called and requested she never call me again, it was that bad. I also have a bill on my account that they never sent to insurance. The lady I spoke with refused to do anything about it.
