Everyone one is so nice and accommodating. In all my husbands and my medical history, we never received a thank you like I did at Glencoe. If means a lot. It makes it personal. You aren’t just a number
Worst hospital possible. Absolutely no help whatsoever in an emergency.
Billing department here is a HOT MESS!! They keep sending me bills in error on THEIR end. Then say oops sorry our bad. Each time they send me a faulty bill. I have to waste hours of my time calling them without a call back to make sure that I’m not having a bill occur interest for something that was an error on their end.
