Always friendly and very professional.
The staff at the Glencoe office were pleasant and very helpful. The Optometrist who treated me went above and beyond to make me comfortable ... he was personable, and answered all my questions..... Addendum:. I went back to see if one of the lenses could be put back into my $400 prescription glasses because I dropped it on the carpet and the lens fell out. It turns out that the lenses are cheap plastic and there are so severely scratched that they are warranty not only the glasses but the frames as they're scratched and the ... read more
Dr White and the staff made me feel like they genuinely cared about my eyesight as well as my overall health. They really do care.
Amazing and friendly staff, very kind to my kids and full of compliments about how well behaved my kids were while waiting for thier apts. Made us feel welcomed and safe and cared for. Thank you.
