Dr White and the staff made me feel like they genuinely cared about my eyesight as well as my overall health. They really do care.
Amazing and friendly staff, very kind to my kids and full of compliments about how well behaved my kids were while waiting for thier apts. Made us feel welcomed and safe and cared for. Thank you.
Check in was easy, staff very friendly and professional, always on time and Dr. White is the best
Watch for surprise billing. I'm a retired disabled person, I checked twice to make sure my exam was coveted by ohip, at the end I was brought to the desk and told $80 .. I said I doubled check my exam was covered, I was told but not the photo we took. At no point was I told this is not covered and given a reason why I should choose to spend the extra. Being on a small cpp pention , this $80 It really hurts. Why scam people, anything to charge more.
